Donald Sharp d1ddb77d72 *: Give git a clue about our whitespace changes

If you issue this command:

`git config blame.ignoreRevsFile .git-blame-ignore-revs`

Then when you do a git blame XXX, git will ignore the whitespace
changes we made in mass.
