Martin Winter 3144257787 distro/redhat: Update to support CentOS/RHEL/Fedora, upstart/init/systemd 
* redhat/quagga.spec.in: Update to support CentOS, RHEL and Fedora, and
  support the various init systems across different versions of these
  distros, e.g.  upstart/init/systemd.

  Clean up various warnings from rpmlint.

  Remove configure options that are gone.

Quagga is free software that manages various IPv4 and IPv6 routing
protocols.

Currently Quagga supports BGP4, BGP4+, OSPFv2, OSPFv3, RIPv1,
RIPv2, and RIPng as well as very early support for IS-IS.
