RIPNG schedules a call to `ripng_interface_wakeup` in 1 second after receiving the interface UP event from zebra. The function is called even if the interface was shut down during this interval. FRRouting
FRR is free software that implements and manages various IPv4 and IPv6 routing protocols. It runs on nearly all distributions of Linux and BSD and supports all modern CPU architectures.
