When all rp received on a partial list, this routine is called.
if static rp configured for the group range
if partial list is empty
clean main list and partial list
else
replace main with partial and start the g2rp timer with head of new main
return
if main list was empty
call rp new with head of partial list and start g2rp timer.
else
if partial list is empty
call rp del
else
stop g2rp timer of old elected rp.
call rp change with new rp(head of partial list) and start g2rp timer.
swap the lists and clean the old list(now partial list).

FRRouting
FRR is free software that implements and manages various IPv4 and IPv6 routing protocols. It runs on nearly all distributions of Linux and BSD as well as Solaris and supports all modern CPU architectures.
FRR currently supports the following protocols:
