2a059a5448 bgpd: Temp fix to allow numbered peers to be part of a peer group
Talking w/ Chirag and he indicated that we can just backout the command
to the original and things would `work` and they do( at least a quick test does )

Put this in place until a proper fix can be done.

2adac2562a bgpd: Do not send BGP UPDATE if the route actually not changed
Reference: https://www.cmand.org/communityexploration

                     --y2--
                    / | \
  c1 ---- x1 ---- y1 | z1
                    \ | /
                     --y3--

1. z1 announces 192.168.255.254/32 to y2, y3.
2. y2 and y3 tags this prefix at ingress with appropriate
communities 65004:2 (y2) and 65004:3 (y3).
3. x1 filters all communities at the egress to c1.
4. Shutdown the link between y1 and y2.
5. y1 will generate a BGP UPDATE message regarding the next-hop change.
6. x1 will generate a BGP UPDATE message regarding community change.

To avoid sending duplicate BGP UPDATE messages we should make sure
we send only actual route updates. In this example, x1 will skip
BGP UPDATE to c1 because the actual route is the same
(filtered communities - nothing changes).

999e803f31 bgpd: upon bgp deletion, do not systematically ask to remove main bgp
Dependencies between bgp instances is necessary only when it comes to
configure some specific services like ipv4-vpn, ipv6-vpn or l2vpn-evpn.
The list of config possibilities is listed, and an error is returned if
one of the above services is configured on the bgp vrf instance.

There may be some missingn services not covered. For clarification, here
are services configured on bgp vrf instances, while trying to delete
main bgp instance:
- if evpn main instance is the main bgp instance, and if evpn rt5
service is configured (with advertise command)
- if a vni is configured in the vrf instance
- if l3vpn import/export commands are solicitated for
importing/exporting entries from a vpnv4/6 network located on main bgp
instance. (in l3vpn, the main bgp instance is the location where vpnv4/6
sits).

fix
if the maxpaths_ebgp value is same as multipath_num global

0154d8ce45 bgpd, lib, nhrpd, zebra: verify return of sockunion2hostprefix
The return from sockunion2hostprefix tells us if the conversion
succeeded or not. There are places in the code where we
always assume that it just `works`, since it can fail
notice and try to do the right thing.

Please note that failure of this function for most cases
of sockunion2hostprefix is highly highly unlikely as that
the sockunion was already created and tested elsewhere
it's just that this function can fail.

266ae3aa53 bgpd: identify passive connections in JSON summary
When using non JSON output, passive connections are marked with:

    BGP state = Active (passive)

However, such an information is not available in JSON output. This
commit adds that. It also adds "Active (NSF passive)" flag, like the
regular output.

7f7940e6bf bgpd: conditional advertisement
Implemented as per the feature description given in the source link.

Descriprion:
The BGP conditional advertisement feature uses the non-exist-map or exist-map
and the advertise-map keywords of the neighbor advertise-map command in order
to track routes by the route prefix.

non-exist-map :
If a route prefix is not present in output of the non-exist-map command, then
the route specified by the advertise-map command is announced.

exist-map :
If a route prefix is present in output of the exist-map command, then the route
specified by the advertise-map command is announced.

The conditional BGP announcements are sent in addition to the normal
announcements that a BGP router sends to its peers.

The conditional advertisement process is triggered by the BGP scanner process,
which runs every 60 seconds. This means that the maximum time for the conditional
advertisement to take effect is 60 seconds. The conditional advertisement can take
effect sooner, depending on when the tracked route is removed from the BGP table
and when the next instance of the BGP scanner occurs.

a5ab756f24 bgpd: fix crash in bgp instance creation
In bgp global commands northbound local-as modify callback
check for backend db for checking existing bgp instance.

In an instance where no router bgp with old ASN cleaned up
followed by new bgp instance with new AS is created,
the nb_running_get_entry in validation phase returns stale
bgp reference, which leads to rejection of the router bgp command.

5e42cb2fb0 bgpd: move router bgp nb callback
move `router bgp` nb callback at `bgp` node level
to have access to bgp context at neighbor and peer-group
level and align create/destroy callbacks call during
no router bgp.

Earlier `no router bgp` is performed first global destroy
callback is called which essentially removes `bgp context`
then it calls to remove (parallel nodes) neighbor and peer-group
which does not have access to bgp context.
Moving router bgp at bgp solves this destroy callback ordering issue.

96f3485cdb bgpd: show < ip > bgp < ipv4 | ipv6 > all
This commit
=> provides "all" option, to display the table entries for all(or specific) AFI/SAFIs.
=> Also introduced "show_flags" to avoid passing multiple arguments(use_json, wide, all)
   to functions

1. show <ip> bgp <ipv4/ipv6> <all> <wide|json>
2. show <ip> bgp <ipv4/ipv6> <all> summary <json>
3. show <ip> bgp <ipv4/ipv6> <all> cidr-only <wide|json>
4. show <ip> bgp <ipv4/ipv6> <all> community <wide|json>
5. show <ip> bgp <ipv4/ipv6> <all> dampening <dampened-paths|flap-statistics|parameters> <wide|json>
6. show <ip> bgp <ipv4/ipv6> <all> neighbors A.B.C.D advertised-routes|filtered-routes|received-routes <wide|json>

show bgp all summary == show ip bgp all summary => output is same => display entries for all AFIs and for each SAFI.
show bgp ipv4 all summary == show ip bgp ipv4 all summary => output is same => display entries for each SAFI in AFI_IP
show bgp ipv6 all summary == show ip bgp ipv6 all summart => output is same => display entries for each SAFI in AFI_IP6

similarly for all other commands.

sample output
1. show <ip> bgp <ipv4/ipv6> <all> <wide|json>

9a659715df bgpd: support for bgp ipv6 ext community, and flowspec redirect ipv6
rfc 5701 is supported. it is possible to configure in bgp vpn, a list of
route target with ipv6 external communities to import. it is to be noted
that this ipv6 external community has been developed only for matching a
bgp flowspec update with same ipv6 ext commmunity.
adding to this, draft-ietf-idr-flow-spec-v6-09 is implemented regarding
the redirect ipv6 option.

Practically, under bgp vpn, under ipv6 unicast, it is possible to
configure : [no] rt6 redirect import <IPV6>:<AS> values.

An incoming bgp update with fs ipv6 and that option matching a bgp vrf,
will be imported in that bgp vrf.

9cbd06e0f8 bgpd: Add a knob to force maximum-prefix even for filtered routes
If _force_ is set, then ALL prefixes are counted for maximum instead of
accepted only. This is useful for cases where an inbound filter is applied,
but you want maximum-prefix to act on ALL (including filtered) prefixes.

For instance, we have a configuration like:

neighbor r1 maximum-prefix 10
neighbor r1 prefix-list custom in
!
ip prefix-list custom seq 1 permit 10.0.0.0/24
ip prefix-list custom seq 2 permit 10.0.1.0/24

This will accept only 2 prefixes and discard all others instead of
shutting down the session when 10 is reached.

With this new knob (force), we will count all received prefixes and shutdown
the session when 10 is reached.

The bigger problem is when you have lots of peers with full feed and such a
configuration like in an example.

This is kinda re-ordering of how to treat filter vs. maximum-prefix.

aef999a28f bgpd: Show the real next-hop address in addition to hostname in show bgp
It's hard to cope with cases when next-hop is changed/unchanged or
peers are non-direct.

It would be better to show the hostname and nexthop IP address (both)
under `show bgp` to quickly identify the source and the real next-hop
of the route.

If `bgp default show-nexthop-hostname` is toggled the output looks like:

409148f62a bgpd: Actually find the sequence number for bgp extcommunity-list...
The code in the bgp extcommunity-list function was using
argv_find to get the correct idx. The problem was that
we had already done argv_finds before and idx was non-zero
thus having us always set the seq pointer to what was last
looked up. This causes us to pass in a value to the
underlying function and it would just wisely ignore it
causing a seq number of 0.

We would then write this seq number of 0 and then immediately
reject it on read in again. BOO!

Actually handle argv_find the way it was meant to be.

f7e1c681f4 bgpd: Implement options for link bandwidth handling
Support configurable options to control how link bandwidth is handled
by the receiver. The default behavior is to automatically honor the
link bandwidths received and use it to perform a weighted ECMP BUT only
if all paths in the multipath have associated link bandwidth; if one or
more paths do not have link bandwidth, normal ECMP is performed among
the multipaths. This behavior is as recommended by
https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-idr-link-bandwidth.

The additional options available are to (a) completely ignore any link
bandwidth (i.e., weighted ECMP is effectively disabled), (b) skip paths
in the multipath which do not have link bandwidth and perform weighted
ECMP among the other paths (if at least some paths have the bandwidth)
or (c) use a default weight (value chosen is 1) for the paths which
do not have link bandwidth.

The command syntax is
bgp bestpath bandwidth <ignore|skip-missing|default-weight-for-missing>

8e5509b04b bgpd: remove error message for unkown afi/safi combination
Problem reported with error messages appearing in the log
complaining about invalid afi/safi combinations. Determined
that the error messages were recently added in the function
that turns afi and safi values to strings. Unfortunately,
the function is called from places using FOREACH_AFI_SAFI,
which spins thru every afi and safi number including some
that are not legal together (ipv4 evpn and l2vpn multicast
for example.) This fix removes these error messages since
it is not necessarily an error to call it with invalid
combinations.

05912a17e6 bgpd: Fixes to error message printed for failed peerings
There was a silly bug introduced when the command to show failed sessions
was added. A missing "," caused the wrong error message to be printed.
Debugging this led down a path that:
   - Led to discovering one more error message that needed to be added
   - Providing the error code along with the string in the JSON output
to allow programs to key off numbers rather than strings.
   - Fixing the missing ","

200116db4c bgpd: Add Established and Dropped counts to JSON output of bgp summary
Based on a suggestion by Donald Sharp, this patch adds the counts of the
number of times a BGP peering session has transitioned from Estd->NotEstd
and from NotEstd->Estd to the JSON output only of the
"show [ip] bgp [vrf <vrf>] summary" command. The idea is that even if the
current session is well and up, but a sessions has trasnitionined in and
out of Estd state multiple times, its worth noting that. We cannot change
the non-JSON output as easily, and so this command only addresses the JSON
part for now. The fields added are the ones that were provided only as part
of the "show bgp neighbor" command.

3577f1c54f bgpd: Add a new command to only show failed peerings
In a data center, having 32-128 peers is not uncommon. In such a situation, to find a
peer that has failed and why is several commands. This hinders both the automatability of
failure detection and the ease/speed with which the reason can be found. To simplify this
process of catching a failure and its cause quicker, this patch does the following:

1. Created a new function, bgp_show_failed_summary to display the
failed summary output for JSON and vty
2. Created a new function to display the reset code/subcode. This is now used in the
failed summary code and in the show neighbors code
3. Added a new variable failedPeers in all the JSON outputs, including the vanilla
"show bgp summary" family. This lists the failed session count.
4. Display peer, dropped count, estd count, uptime and the reason for failure as the
output of "show bgp summary failed" family of commands
5. Added three resset codes for the case where we're waiting for NHT, waiting for peer
IPv6 addr, waiting for VRF to init.

This also counts the case where only one peer has advertised an AFI/SAFI.

The new command has the optional keyword "failed" added to the classical summary command.

The changes affect only one existing output, that of "show [ip] bgp neighbors <nbr>". As
we track the lack of NHT resolution for a peer or the lack of knowing a peer IPv6 addr,
the output of that command will show a "waiting for NHT" etc. as the last reset reason.

This patch includes update to the documentation too.

5cb5f4d04d bgpd: Eliminate all incorrect formulations of afi/safi in JSON
In a number of places, the JSON output had invalid key names for
AFI/SAFI. For example, the key name in JSON was "IPv4 Unicast" which
is invalid as a JSON Key name. Many JSON tools such as those used in
Ansible, jq etc. all fail to parse the output in these scenarios. The
valid name is ipv4Unicast. There's already a routine afi_safi_json()
defined to handle this change, but it was not consistently called.
The non-JSON version was called afi_safi_print() and it merely returned
the CLI version of the string, didn't print anything.

This patch deals with this issue by:
   - Renaming afi_safi_print to get_afi_safi_str()
   - get_afi_safi_str takes an additional param, for_json which if true
     will return the JSON-valid string
   - Renaming afi_safi_json to get_afi_safi_json_str()
   - Creating a new routine get_afi_safi_vty_str() for printing to vty
   - Consistently using get_afi_safi_str() with the appropriate for_json
     value

Problem reported with memory leak when the command "show bgp vrf all

occurs if the configuration does not actually include the ipv6
address-family but does contain ipv4 unicast peers. If we didn't
match a peer in the address-family being displayed, we would create
the json object but never free it. This fix actually stops creating
the json object in this section of code and lets the create happen
in the area where the match occurs.

99b3ebd3b9 bgpd: handle all afi safi while bgp clear soft
Currently, as part of bgp clear soft inboud and outbound we don't handle
l2vpn evpn. Now clearing soft for all supported afi safi.
One of the examples where this was a problem -

On applying graceful-shutdown, bgp clear soft inboud and outbound don't
handle AFI L2VPN and SAFI EVPN. Gshut gets applied to EVPN Type 5 routes
by asking peer to refresh the routes (provided we have config - "advertise
ipv4/ipv6 unicast" as part of l2vpn evpn) but is not applied to type 2
and type 3 EVP routes. This fix takes care of l2vpn evpn type2 and type3
routes being readvertised with gshut community.

This fix also fixes similar issues related to following where bgp clear
soft is requred for l2vpn evpn -
-config bgp cluster-id
-config bgp client-to-client reflection
-config bgp default local-preference
-config bgp route-reflector allow-outbound-policy
-config bgp disable-ebgp-connected-route-check

Testing-Done:
-With gshut configured on all BGP VRFs (operator has to know about the
auto-created BGP VRFs - we do show them in show commands - and turn on
graceful-shutdown in all of them.
-We announce all EVPN routes (type-2, type-3 and type-5) with GSHUT and
we mark IPv4/IPv6 routes in a VRF that are based on received EVPN type-2
or type-5 routes with local pref 0.
-On the receiver side, when EVPN routes are received with GSHUT, the
correct handling takes place (to treat them with local preference 0, and
hence not select them)
-When the gshut configuration is removed on all BGP VRFs, we re-announce
all of our EVPN routes without GSHUT and receiver does the appropriate
thing. Also, we no longer mark EVPN-based IPv4/IPv6 routes with local
pref 0.

The "show bgp ipv6 summary" output displays incorrect number of peers count.

In the above output, the peers count displays as 5 but the actual peer count is 3, i.e.. 3 neighbors are activated in ipv6 unicast address family.
Displayed peer count (5) is the number of the neighbors activated in a BGP instance.

Fix : Now the peers count displays the number of neighbors activated per afi/safi.

ecec94950f bgpd: Fix bgpd doing vpn_leak_postchange_all() every time "router bgp ASNUM" command is entered in vtysh
In rare cases when the default BGP instance is instantiated after VRF bgp instances (see comment to bgp_mplsvpn.c:vpn_leak_postchange_all() for an example), the "router bgp" command needs to call vpn_leak_postchange_all() to start the route leaking process. The issue was it was never checked if the "router bgp" command was used to create the default BGP instance or just to enter into "router bgp" command context. This resulted in vpn_leak_postchange_all() executed every time (and vpn routes re-announced to all peers) when the user was entering "router bgp" command context.

dcc68b5e2a bgpd: Re-use TX Addpath IDs where possible
The motivation for this patch is to address a concerning behavior of
tx-addpath-bestpath-per-AS. Prior to this patch, all paths' TX ID was
pre-determined as the path was received from a peer. However, this meant
that any time the path selected as best from an AS changed, bgpd had no
choice but to withdraw the previous best path, and advertise the new
best-path under a new TX ID. This could cause significant network
disruption, especially for the subset of prefixes coming from only one
AS that were also communicated over a bestpath-per-AS session.

The patch's general approach is best illustrated by
txaddpath_update_ids. After a bestpath run (required for best-per-AS to
know what will and will not be sent as addpaths) ID numbers will be
stripped from paths that no longer need to be sent, and held in a pool.
Then, paths that will be sent as addpaths and do not already have ID
numbers will allocate new ID numbers, pulling first from that pool.
Finally, anything left in the pool will be returned to the allocator.

In order for this to work, ID numbers had to be split by strategy. The
tx-addpath-All strategy would keep every ID number "in use" constantly,
preventing IDs from being transferred to different paths. Rather than
create two variables for ID, this patch create a more generic array that
will easily enable more addpath strategies to be implemented. The
previously described ID manipulations will happen per addpath strategy,
and will only be run for strategies that are enabled on at least one
peer.

Finally, the ID numbers are allocated from an allocator that tracks per
AFI/SAFI/Addpath Strategy which IDs are in use. Though it would be very
improbable, there was the possibility with the free-running counter
approach for rollover to cause two paths on the same prefix to get
assigned the same TX ID. As remote as the possibility is, we prefer to
not leave it to chance.

This ID re-use method is not perfect. In some cases you could still get
withdraw-then-add behaviors where not strictly necessary. In the case of
bestpath-per-AS this requires one AS to advertise a prefix for the first
time, then a second AS withdraws that prefix, all within the space of an
already pending MRAI timer. In those situations a withdraw-then-add is
more forgivable, and fixing it would probably require a much more
significant effort, as IDs would need to be moved to ADVs instead of
paths.

50e05855f0 bgpd: BGP JSON show commands enhancements
1. "show bgp ipv4 json"
  - Corresponding CLI has "network" field which displays a prefix in

      CLI JSON
      metric med
      locPrf localPref
      path aspath

Added fields "metric", "locPrf" and "path" in JSON for CLI/JSON
consistency. Older JSON fields med, localPref, aspath will be

2. "show bgp ipv6 json"

  - JSON does not have "prefix", "prefixLen" fields which are present in IPv4

3. "show bgp ipv4/ipv6 neighbor <neighbor_addr> advertised-routes json"
  - Added "network" field.

  be deprecated in future.

4. "show bgp ipv4/ipv6 summary json"
  - Added "pfxRcd" for CLI/JSON consistency.
"prefixReceivedCount" will be deprecated in future.
  - Added "pfxSnt" for peers. This count is obtalned from corresponding
update_subgroup. This needed a fix in the code where we copy fields
for a split update_subgroup from the parent update_subgrp.
New subgrp should inherit subgrp->scount(Count of advertized prefixes)

Additionally, some bgp and ospf json commands did not return any json

json output and issue a message if not using json output. Additionally,
made the flag "use_json" a bool to make it consistent since previously,
it had been defined as an int, char, u_char, and bool at various places.

3bd70bf8f3 bgpd: fix NULL dereference in vrf-vpn leak config if before default instance
Issue 2473

VRF-VPN route-leaking configuration commands assumed existence of
default bgp instance. If a non-default vrf configuration occurred
before the default vrf configuration, it would result in a (NULL)
dereference to the non-existent default vrf.

This change 1) detects non-existence of default vrf and skips corresponding
RIB updating that normally occurs during configuration changes of the
route-leaking parameters; and 2) when the default bgp instance is defined,
runs the deferred RIB updating.

In vpn_leak_to_vrf_update_all(), replace early return if bgp_vpn is NULL
with assert, as the former would lead to subtly wrong RIB contents. The
underlying issue that led to commit 73aed5841a
should be fixed by the above changes.

bgpd: Implement group-overrides for peer attrs
This commit introduces BGP peer-group overrides for the last set of
peer-level attrs which did not offer that feature yet. The following
attributes have been implemented: description, local-as, password and
update-source.

Each attribute, with the exception of description because it does not
offer any inheritance between peer-groups and peers, is now also setting
a peer-flag instead of just modifying the internal data structures. This
made it possible to also re-use the same implementation for attribute
overrides as already done for peer flags, AF flags and AF attrs.

The `no neighbor <neigh> description` command has been slightly changed
to support negation for no parameters, one parameter or * parameters
(LINE...). This was needed for the test suite to pass and is a small
change without any bigger impact on the CLI.

bgpd: Implement group-overrides for peer timers
This commit implements BGP peer-group overrides for the timer flags,
which control the value of the hold, keepalive, advertisement-interval
and connect connect timers. It was kept separated on purpose as the
whole timer implementation is quite complex and merging this commit
together with with the other flag implementations did not seem right.

Basically three new peer flags were introduced, namely
*PEER_FLAG_ROUTEADV*, *PEER_FLAG_TIMER* and *PEER_FLAG_TIMER_CONNECT*.
The overrides work exactly the same way as they did before, but
introducing these flags made a few conditionals simpler as they no
longer had to compare internal data structures against eachother.

Last but not least, the test suite has been adjusted accordingly to test
the newly implemented flag overrides.

bgpd: Implement group-overrides for peer flags
The current implementation of peer flags (e.g. shutdown, passive, ...)
only has partial support for overriding flags of a peer-group when the
peer is a member. Often settings might get lost if the user toys around
with the peer-group configuration, which can lead to disaster.

This commit introduces the same override implementation which was
previously integrated to support proper peer flag/attribute override on
the address-family level. The code is very similar and the global
attributes now use their separate state-arrays *flags_invert* and
*flags_override*.

The test suite for BGP peer attributes was extended to also check peer
global attributes, so that the newly introduced changes are covered. An
additional feature was added which allows to test an attribute with an
*interface-peer*, which can be configured by running `neighbor IF-TEST
interface`. This was introduced so that the dynamic runtime inversion of
the `extended-nexthop` flag, which is only enabled by default for
interface peers, can also be tested.

Last but not least, two small changes have been made to the current bgpd
implementation:

- The command `strict-capability-match` can now also be set on a
peer-group, it seems like this command slipped through while
implementing peer-groups in the very past.

- The macro `COND_FLAG` was introduced inside lib/zebra.h, which now
allows to either set or unset a flag based on a condition. The syntax
for using this macro is: `COND_FLAG(flag_variable, flag, condition)`

This commit fixes peer-group overrides for inverted AF flags. This

By introducing an additional array on the BGP peer structure called

inverted way can now also be properly overridden.

The CLI commands will work exactly the same way as before, just that 'no

the flag and remove the override.

bgpd: Move 'enforce-first-as' from global to peer
This commit moves the command 'bgp enforce-first-as' from global BGP
instance configuration to peer/neighbor configuration, which can now be
changed by executing '[no] neighbor <neighbor> enforce-first-as'.

End users can now enforce sane first-AS checking on regular sessions
while e.g. disabling the checks on routeserver sessions, which usually
strip away their own AS number from the path.

To ensure backwards-compatibility, a migration routine was added which
automatically sets the 'enforce-first-as' flag on all configured
neighbors if the old global setting was activated. The old global
command immediately disappears after running the migration routine once.

bgpd: Respect AFI/SAFI when hard-clearing a peer
The current implementation does not respect the AFI+SAFI combination of
a peer when executing a non-soft (hard) clear. An example would be the
command `clear bgp ipv4 unicast *`, which will clear all BGP peers, even
those that do not have IPv4-Unicast activated.

This commit fixes that behavior by applying the same rules to both soft
and hard clear commands, so that peers without a matching AFI+SAFI
combination will be no longer modified.

Additionally, this commit adds warning messages to all `clear bgp
[<afi>] [<safi>] <target>` commands when no matching peers with the given
AFI+SAFI combination could be found.

Both existing and new warning messages have been extended to also
mention the AFI+SAFI combination that is missing, which is more helpful
to the user than a generic expression 'No peer configured'.

bgpd: Improve JSON support for large communities
The current implementation of building JSON output is greatly different
for large communities compared to standard communities. This is mainly
noticeable by the missing 'list' attribute, which usually offers an
array of all communities present on a BGP route.

This commit adds the missing functionality of properly returning a
'list' attribute in JSON output and also tries a similar approach like
the standard communities are using to implement this feature.

Additionally, the 'format' specifier has been completely removed from
large communities string/JSON rendering, as the official RFC8092 specifies that
there is only one canonical representation:

> The canonical representation of BGP Large Communities is three
> separate unsigned integers in decimal notation in the following
> order: Global Administrator, Local Data 1, Local Data 2. Numbers
> MUST NOT contain leading zeros; a zero value MUST be represented with
> a single zero. Each number is separated from the next by a single
> colon. For example: 64496:4294967295:2, 64496:0:0.

As the 'format' specifier has not been used/checked and only one
canonical representation exists per today, there was no reason to keep
the 'format' parameter in the function signature.

Last but not least, the struct attribute 'community_entry.config' is no
longer being used for large communities and instead 'lcommunity_str' is
being called to maintain a similar approach to standard communities.

As a side effect, this also fixed a memory leak inside 'community_entry_free'
which did not free the allocated memory for the 'config' attribute when
dealing with a large community.

ace295a90d bgpd: enable neighbor-nexthop-self for l2vpn evpn address family
In the FRR implementation of EVPN,
eBGP leaf-spine peering for EVPN is fully supported by allowing
the next hop to be propagated and not rewritten at each hop.
There are other changes also related to route import to facilitate this.
However, propagating the next hop is not correct in some cases.
Specifically, if the DC is comprised of multiple PODs
with distinct intra-POD and inter-POD VxLAN tunnels,
EVPN routes received from an adjacent POD by a border/exit leaf
must be propagated into the local POD with the next hop rewritten (to self).

This work is derived from a work done by China-Telecom.
That initial work can be found in [0].
As the gap between frr and quagga is important, a reworks has been
done in the meantime.
The initial work consists of bringing the following:
- Bringing the client side of flowspec.
- the enhancement of address-family ipv4/ipv6 flowspec
- partial data path handling at reception has been prepared
- the support for ipv4 flowspec or ipv6 flowspec in BGP open messages,
and the internals of BGP has been done.
- the memory contexts necessary for flowspec has been provisioned

In addition to this work, the following has been done:
- the complement of adaptation for FS safi in bgp code
- the code checkstyle has been reworked so as to match frr checkstyle
- the processing of IPv6 FS NLRI is prevented
- the processing of FS NLRI is stopped ( temporary)

b9c7bc5ab0 bgpd: new vpn-policy CLI
PR #1739 added code to leak routes between (default VRF) VPN safi and unicast RIBs in any VRF. That set of changes included temporary CLI including vpn-policy blocks to specify RD/RT/label/&c. After considerable discussion, we arrived at a consensus CLI shown below.

The code of this PR implements the vpn-specific parts of this syntax:

router bgp <as> [vrf <FOO>]
    address-family <afi> unicast
        rd (vpn|evpn) export (AS:NN | IP:nn)
        label (vpn|evpn) export (0..1048575)
        rt (vpn|evpn) (import|export|both) RTLIST...
        nexthop vpn (import|export) (A.B.C.D | X:X::X:X)
        route-map (vpn|evpn|vrf NAME) (import|export) MAP

        [no] import|export [vpn|evpn|evpn8]
        [no] import|export vrf NAME

User documentation of the vpn-specific parts of the above syntax is in PR #1937
