Mark Stapp	d6a75b53e7	tests: reduce scale of the route scale test ... Reduce the number of routes used in the route-scale test: we're having memory troubles, and this may help the CI run with fewer false failures. Donald Sharp	bbbd12f197	tests: Add some scale tests to ensure things work ... Add some basic route scale tests to ensure that we can install a large number of routes.
