Greg Troxel	003ca18f04	remove crufty m4 files from 2004. With the files, autoheader (2.61) ... bombs on NetBSD. (Without, all is ok. We may need workarounds, but first we should identify minimum tool versions and figure out what's still wrong.) ok'd by paul.	2007-02-03 01:07:01 +00:00
