Donald Sharp	949aaea5ba	tests: Remove debugs from topotests ... Debugs take up a significant amount of cpu time as well as increased disk space for storage of results. Reduce test over head by removing the debugs, Hopefully this helps alleviate some of the overloading that we are seeing in our CI systems. Hiroki Shirokura	96d423f7c9	topotests: keep srv6-locator feature fine (step2) ... This commit is a part of #5853 works. This commit add new topotest to verify SRv6-manager's functionality.
