When not configuring a route distinguisher, neither route-target,
the derived rd settings differ if config load applies with frr.conf
or not. For instance, the forged rd with frr.conf:
> # show bgp l2vpn evpn json
> "192.168.101.41:3":{
> "rd":"192.168.101.41:3",
and without:
> "192.168.101.41:2":{
> "rd":"192.168.101.41:2",
The defined rts also are impacted. Temporay fix this by using an
hardset configuration for all route distinguisher and route target
of the setups.

Use the advertise route-map command, and check that it
filters out correctly the undesirable prefixes. Reversely,
check that undoing that route-map recovers all prefixes.

process interface names in northbound.

Debugs take up a significant amount of cpu time as well as
increased disk space for storage of results. Reduce test
over head by removing the debugs, Hopefully this helps
alleviate some of the overloading that we are seeing in
our CI systems.

this test checks connectivity between a vrf-lite device and a vrf-netns
device. this ensures that evpn serice is importing appropriate evpn rt5
entries in the correct vrf.
