Add a test that checks that the BGP route to 192.168.0.1 has all the
necessary json outputs. This route is chosen because it is a suppressed
route.

For those tests using exabgp convert them all to use `neighbor X timers
connect 1`. I have noticed that occassionally when looking at the
support files for tests run that peers are in a wait period for
reconnecting which is longer than the test is waiting to converge.

Debugs take up a significant amount of cpu time as well as
increased disk space for storage of results. Reduce test
over head by removing the debugs, Hopefully this helps
alleviate some of the overloading that we are seeing in
our CI systems.

without converged routes, then test again with a different route map
with converged routes.

`matching-MED-only` and its combination with `summary-only`.
