Renato Westphal	3048625a8c	doc: minor tweaks in the build instructions ... * ldpd is built by default in all platforms, it's not necessary to provide --enable-ldpd anymore; * Remove comment about ldpd not being tested on OpenBSD, it works very well on this platform; * Provide instructions to enable MPLS forwarding in OpenBSD.
