[ospfd] Improve some warning messages.

	* ospf_packet.c: (ospf_packet_dup, ospf_make_md5_digest)
	  Fix zlog_warn messages to eliminate compiler warnings.
	  (ospf_hello) Improve warning messages to show why we
	  are complaining.
