Gao, Liming d72b4e2770 SourceLevelDebugPkg: Convert non DOS format files to DOS format Module UNI and Package UNI files are not DOS format. Convert them to DOS format. SourceLevelDebugPkg in conjunction with Intel(R) UEFI Development Kit Debugger
Tool (Intel (R) UDK Debugger Tool).
