Dandan Bi ce7690e267 MdeModulePkg:Refine the UiApp 
Use new created libraries(Boot Manager,Device Manager,Boot Maintenance
Manager) in UiApp.So remove and refine relative code in UiApp.And update
the Nt32Pkg.dsc and MdeModulePkg.dsc.
