Star Zeng b9ffeab7b0 ShellPkg UefiDpLib: Use correct string length for the input UnicodeBuffer 
Same as the beginning of function to use DP_GAUGE_STRING_LENGTH, but not
DXE_PERFORMANCE_STRING_LENGTH.
