Min M Xu 43e306806e MdeModulePkg: Update Dxe to handle unaccepted memory type

Unaccepted memory is a kind of new memory type,
CoreInitializeGcdServices() and CoreGetMemoryMap() are updated to handle
the unaccepted memory type.
