Ruiyu Ni a2674f7fce MdeModulePkg: Remove ImageDecoderLib and BmpImageDecoderLib ... The two libraries are created to support old BootLogoLib to decode the images. Due to the new BootLogoLib starts using HiiImageEx interfaces, the two libraries are not needed.
