Tapan Shah a1eaacffd0 Cleanup UefiShellLevel3CommandsLib commands help output string to : 
* Follow a consistent style
 * Add consistent sections: NOTES, EXAMPLES, RETURN VALUES, etc.
 * Wrap the text to fit in 80x25 formatted console output
