hhtian afc5448e18 Rename SMM_CPU_IO_Protocol to SMM_CPU_IO2_PROTOCOL in PiSmmDefintions.h of SmmScriptLib to keep consistent with SMM_CPU_IO2_PROTOCOL defined in MdePkg.
