The patch fixes this issue by syncing the similar fix to UsbBusDxe. 70c3c2370a *MdeModulePkg/UsbBus: Reject descriptor whose length is bad Additionally the patch also rejects the data when length is larger than sizeof (PeiUsbDevice->ConfigurationData).
