Cinnamon Shia 7c50b34343 MdeModulePkg: Increase the maximum number of PEI performance log entries 
The maximum number of PEI performance log entries is 255.
Add a new PCD, PcdMaxPeiPerformanceLogEntries16, to increase the maximum
number of PEI performance log entries.
