Shenglei Zhang 0d85e67714 MdeModulePkg/SerialDxe: Update the file Guid in SerialDxe.inf 
FILE GUID in MdeModulePkg\Universal\SerialDxe\SerialDxe.inf is
same to the one gEdkiiSerialPortLibVendorGuid.
Its FILE GUID should be updated to another value.
