22d1f97835 BDS enhancement: enumerate & show all legacy boot options in Boot Manager so that user is able to boot any devices in the same type in Boot Manager without changing the legacy dev order.

4548fc2aaa Per UEFI spec, FORM_OPEN/FORM_CLOSE Callback function should be called for each question in the form when this form opens or closes. 
Update all EDKII HII drivers to correctly handle FORM_OPEN and FORM_CLOSE call back.

ce5fad4151 For BdsDxe module, 
1. Fix the risk that local variable is pointed by global pointer, which may be used outside the variable scope.
2. Add more checking for pointers.

cb7d01c0c9 HII Library Class interface refine. 
The "HiiLib" prefix for all HII Library API function names changed to "Hii".

Remove: 
  HiiLibPreparePackageList(), replaced by HiiAddPackages()
  HiiLibNewString(), replaced by HiiSetString()
  HiiLibGetStringFromHandle(), replaced by HiiGetString()
  HiiLibGetStringFromToken(), replaced by HiiGetPackageString()
  HiiLibExtractGuidFromHiiHandle()
  HiiLibDevicePathToHiiHandle()
  HiiLibGetSupportedSecondaryLanguages()
  HiiLibGetSupportedLanguageNumber()

5c08e11737 Move BdsDxe and GenericBdsLib to IntelFrameworkModulePkg, these modules need dependent on gEfiLegacyBiosProtocol to provide legacy boot support. But legacy boot is not described by PI/UEFI specification.
