2aa0eb5df6 MdeModulePkg: Remove Ip4ConfigDxe and related guid definition 
Ip4ConfigDxe driver is deprecated in UEFI 2.5, so we will not support original Ip4Config Protocol, 
which is replace by Ip4Config2 Protocol integrated in Ip4Dxe driver(git commit 1f6729ff (SVN r17853)).

Dependent network drivers, libraries and applications have been migrated to (or extended to) the new protocol version.
For example:

git 6c5c70d6 (SVN r17873): DxeNetLib

b965bd99c5 Remove Framework HII "class\subclass" in all VFR 
class/subclass is the obseleted key word in VFR file. It is designed in framework HII.
After convert to UEFI HII, it is not used any longer. Now remove them from VFR

185395a4a2 Save initial TSVal from TCP connection initiation packets. 
RFC1323 says the most recently received TSVal must be echoed in TSecr in ACK packets
which was not done at first connection because the code saving the TSVal from the peer
was skipped at this point. This resulted in sending an ACK reply with a 0 TSecr that
was rejected at least by FreeBSD. This patch fixes this by updating the saved TSVal
also for connection initiation packets.
Thanks to Laszlo Ersek for analysis and help in debugging.

35f910f08b MdeModulePkg: Source fixes and cleanup for ARMGCC compiles 
- Fix EFI_IPv4_ADDRESS usages to use a macro to copy the structure
  instead of direct assignment, to avoid runtime alignment errors.
- Fix a EFI_INPUT_KEY usage in TerminalDxe to use CopyMem()  to copy the
   structure instead of direct assignment, to avoid runtime alignment error.
- Delete excess local variables that are initialized but otherwise unused.
- CompilerIntrinsicsLib library now imported for AARCH64, as well as ARM.

fea55a1661 MdeModulePkg: INF/DEC file updates to EDK II packages 
2. Add MODULE_UNI_FILE file that contains the localized Abstract and Description of a module.
a. Addresses an information gap between INF files and the UEFI Distribution Packaging Specification XML schema
b. There will be an associated update to UPT in BaseTools to consume MODULE_UNI_FILE and associated UNI file during UDP creation that performs the INF -> XML conversion.
c. There will be an associated update to UPT in BaseTools to produce MODULE_UNI_FILE and associated UNI file during UDP installation that performs the XML -> INF conversion.

3. Add Module Extra UNI file that provides the localized Name of a module.
a. [UserExtensions.TianoCore."ExtraFiles"] provides an easy method for a module to specify extra files not listed in [Sources] or [Binaries] sections to be added to a UDP without having to list the files in the UPT package information data file.
b. There will be an associated update to UPT in BaseTools to package up files listed in [UserExtensions.TianoCore."ExtraFiles"] during UDP creation.
c. UNI file contains localized name of a module to go along with the localized Abstract and Description from the MODULE_UNI_FILE.

1. Usage information in INF file comment blocks are either incomplete or incorrect.  
This includes usage information for Protocols/PPIs/GUIDs/PCDs/HOBs/Events/BootModes.  
The syntax for usage information in comment blocks is defined in the EDK II Module Information (INF) Specification

35d74819a0 The pointer argument should be set to NULL if not used not FALSE. 
FALSE evaluates to 0. This was flagged by LLVM compiler as a
  warning:
  "expression which evaluates to zero treated as a null pointer
   constant of type 'EFI_MTFTP4_OVERRIDE_DATA *'
   [-Wnon-literal-null-conversion]"

75dce34062 1. Fix a bug in PXE driver that the PXE boot do not restart if a new boot option on the different IP stack is selected. 
2. Retrieve the IP information after iSCSI TCPv6 connection established and fill it into iBFT table.
3. Generate a random IAID for each NIC port to require different IPv6 address in PXE driver.
4. Update function EfiMtftp6Configure() and Mtftp6RrqHandleOack() to allocate at most one UdpIo.
5. Fix a typo from “destory” to “destroy” in network code.

3a4e7a3e73 Per UEFI spec, on CallBack action EFI_BROWSER_ACTION_CHANGING, the return value of ActionRequest will be ignored, but on CallBack action EFI_BROWSER_ACTION_CHANGED, the return value of ActionRequest will be used. 
But, EDKII browser still processes the got ActionRequest. And, all HII drivers in EDKII project also returns their expected ActionRequest value on action EFI_BROWSER_ACTION_CHANGING. 
Now update the browser to follow the spec, and update all core Hii drivers to keep old working modal.

Update for MdeModulePkg.

c8ad2d7a29 Clean up the private GUID definition in module Level. 
0. Remove the unused private GUID from module source files.
1. Use gEfiCallerIdGuid replace of the private module GUID.
2. Add the public header files to define HII FormSet and PackageList GUID used in every HII driver.
3. Move two EBC protocols for debug purpose from EBC driver to MdeModulePkg Include directory.

94b928ca59 1. In IPv4 and IPv6 driver, before calling IPsec, a new NET_FRAGMENT structure is allocated and then passed to IPsec, it should be released after it is done to avoid the memory leak. 
2. In IPsec driver it wrongly use the HeadLen to calculate the IP header length after the IPsec process. Correct this mistake.

705f53a9b4 Update IPsec.h file to follow approved ECR which will be collected into future UEFI 2.3 Specification after 2.3 errata B and future UEFI Specifications after 2.3. The changes mainly include: 
1. Add EFI_IPSEC2_PROTOCOL
  2. Remove IPsec Authentication Algorithm Definition and IPsec Encryption Algorithm    
     Definition.
  3. Add EFI_IPSEC_SA_DATA2 data structure.
And also update IPv4 driver to call EFI_IPSEC2_PROTOCOL.

2e4c2a049b Improve PXE Over IPv4 performance: 
1. Stop UdpWrite instance upon return from EfiPxeBcUdpWrite() to avoid mass pkgs enqueue to this useless instance in Udp layer.
2. Enhance Udp timeout logic to prevent the worst case happen, and set PxeUdp instance to 50ms to avoid enqueue mass pkgs in background.

ac8cca2a4d The patch acknowledges the TCP zero window probe message, either the format with 1 byte new data, or no new data. It also increases exponentially the interval between successive probes when performing TCP zero window probe.

9e375eb11f Fixed Ip4 bug that causing Iscsi reconnect hang sporadically . In Ip4OutPut()->Ip4IpSecProcessPacket() line 511, each time "reconnect -r", IpSb is re-allocated in IpDriver.Start(). But only when the first time, IpSb->OldMaxPacketSize = IpSb->MaxPacketSize; For the sequential reconnect, IpSb->OldMaxPacketSize is left dirty. Somtimes it is 0, causing the next sending packages generate exception.

b24633c74e Initialize lists ArpService->PendingRequestTable/DeniedCacheTable/ResolvedCacheTable before firing timer ArpService->PeriodicTimer. This remove the race condition in ArpCreateService(): it is possible for the timer event to trigger before the lists are initialized which will results in a hang in ArpTimerHandler().

74df5026b2 1. update to use 1 EFI Variable per NIC (instead of converge all NIC configuration into one EFI Variable), this remove the limitation that max NIC configuration will depend on PcdMaxVariableSize. 
2. remove unnecessary Unload function EfiIp4ConfigUnload (use default Unload function NetLibDefaultUnload instead), remove global array for NIC handle tracking since it’s driver model driver.
3. add Ip4Config Variable reclaim to HiiConfigAccess.RouteConfig() to remove variable for NIC which has been removed from the system.

49fd66cbf8 Fix a bug that mtftp4 driver reply 2 ACK in answer to incoming No.65535 block data. That issue incurs incorrect network transfer.
