5650f307b3 DynamicTablesPkg: Remove erroneous use of EFIAPI 
The Dynamic Tables Factory protocol has an erroneous
EFIAPI calling convention macro in the function
pointer declaration.

Remove the erroneous EFIAPI calling convention macro
from the interface declarations.
