e2c6e69afe Update shell binaries to use the newest EDK shell snapshot. This version has integrate the patch to use EDKII GetBestLanguage() to solve RFC 4646 language matching issue in drivers, dh, DevTree, etc.

157398c258 Three GUIDs had been retired, PrimaryConsoleInDeviceGuid, PrimaryConsoleOutDeviceGuid and PrimaryStandardErrorDeviceGuid. 
Reconnect, Edit, HexEdit command are updated.
