0416278cfd Added FIQ interrupt primatives. Update exception handler to disable/reenable FIQ when updating in case debug agent library is using FIQ.

f659880bfa Added support for L2 (4K) page tables and made the CPU driver change cachability attributes on request. Also got the DebugUncache infrastructure working for the first time. Looks like it works for the simple case. Checking in so we can get more eyes looking at the code.

c2b5ca8b56 Need to add some extra functions to the libraries to support paging in the CpuDxe driver (still working on that). Also looks like some of the .INF file hade the token used to search replace the copyright headers and not the headers so I updated that.

2ef2b01e07 Adding support for BeagleBoard. 
ArmPkg - Supoprt for ARM specific things that can change as the architecture changes. Plus semihosting JTAG drivers.
EmbeddedPkg - Generic support for an embeddded platform. Including a light weight command line shell.
BeagleBoardPkg - Platform specifics for BeagleBoard. SD Card works, but USB has issues. Looks like a bug in the open source USB stack (Our internal stack works fine).
