ce2f555794 Add BaseMemoryTestDxe in MdeModulePkg.dsc 
Add RuntimeDxe in MdeModulePkg.dsc
Move Security/SecurityStub/Dxe to SecurityStubDxe.
Add EFI_MAX_ADDRESS in Uefi/UefiBaseType.h.
