072cb8c4f2 MdePkg BaseLib: Convert Ia32/ReadEflags.asm to NASM 
The BaseTools/Scripts/ConvertMasmToNasm.py script was used to convert
Ia32/ReadEflags.asm to Ia32/ReadEflags.nasm
