Patrick Caulfield 7eb9ed2c45 Add a 'family' parameter to totemip_parse so it can be told to look for
either IPv4 or IPv6 addresses, or both.

As we get the (unambiguous) multicast address first, we can make sure we always
look for the right type of node address afterwards.
