Steven Dake	c35db8b2c7	defect 1088 ... First patch for porting to BSD systems. This patch removes the WAITALL flag entirely from the library handlers, as it appears there may be some portability problems with this flag. Steven Dake	f6cfe4e86e	This is a major rework of the service handling code. Now service handlers ... can be dynamically loaded via the live component replacement service. Sync handlers are also dynamically contributed. It is possible to build using either dynamic loading via LCR or static linking of the entire executive.
