Subject: [PATCH] Mark Haverkamp reported some compile warnings with his
 compiler.  Cleanup those warnings by unifying the datatypes used in totempg
 and totemsrp into one set of datatypes.

Many files:
  cleanup some shared datatypes for the totem protocol.
totem.h:
  new file
