Subject: [PATCH] Here some updates to the event code.  The first are changes
 to exec/evt.c: 1. manage the base event ID a little better. 2. I also added
 some private log levels to allow me to selectively turn on debug output in
 some sections of the code without turning on everything. 3. Remove (EVT) from
 all the printf calls.

The next is an update to the testevt program. I added some cases to test
multiple channel and subscriptions as well as some retained event tests.
