but this time, I uploaded XX.0.0~++
        Not a big deal as the final release will be ok

47788c39d4 Fix description of libclang-cpp11-dev package 
It doesn't contain header files, but it provides symlinks for
libclang-cpp11 library without a version number, which needed
by linker at build time.
