Sebastian Bauer c253056d24 Added git_branch_name(). 
This is a convenience function to get the branch name of a given
ref. The returned branch name is compatible with the name that can
be supplied e.g. to git_branch_lookup(). That is, the prefixes
"refs/heads" or "refs/remotes" are omitted.

Also added a new test for testing the new function.

Writing Clar tests for libgit2

For information on the Clar testing framework and a detailed introduction please visit:

https://github.com/vmg/clar

  • Write your modules and tests. Use good, meaningful names.

  • Make sure you actually build the tests by setting:

      cmake -DBUILD_CLAR=ON build/

  • Test:

      ./build/libgit2_clar

  • Make sure everything is fine.

  • Send your pull request. That's it.
