Russell Belfer c813b34550 Fix bug with multiple iconv conversions in one dir 
The internal buffer in the `git_path_iconv_t` structure was not
being reset before the calls to `iconv` were made to convert data,
so if there were multiple decomposed Unicode paths in a single
directory, paths after the first one were being appended to the
first instead of treated as independent data.

Writing Clar tests for libgit2

For information on the Clar testing framework and a detailed introduction please visit:

https://github.com/vmg/clar

  • Write your modules and tests. Use good, meaningful names.

  • Make sure you actually build the tests by setting:

      cmake -DBUILD_CLAR=ON build/

  • Test:

      ./build/libgit2_clar

  • Make sure everything is fine.

  • Send your pull request. That's it.
