Patrick Steinhardt 0ef405b3c8 checkout: do not delete directories with untracked entries 
If the `GIT_CHECKOUT_FORCE` flag is given to any of the `git_checkout`
invocations, we remove files which were previously staged. But while
doing so, we unfortunately also remove unstaged files in a directory
which contains at least one staged file, resulting in potential data
loss.

This commit adds two tests to verify behavior.

Writing Clar tests for libgit2

For information on the Clar testing framework and a detailed introduction please visit:

https://github.com/vmg/clar

  • Write your modules and tests. Use good, meaningful names.

  • Make sure you actually build the tests by setting:

      cmake -DBUILD_CLAR=ON build/

  • Test:

      ./build/libgit2_clar

  • Make sure everything is fine.

  • Send your pull request. That's it.
