Edward Thomson	de034cd239	iterator: give the tests a proper hierarchy ... Iterator tests were split over repo::iterator and diff::iterator, with duplication between the two. Move them to iterator::index, iterator::tree, and iterator::workdir.	2016-03-24 15:59:48 -04:00
