373326264c fix symbols file 
SONAME was not matching and as a result dpkg-gensymbols was creating
new symbols file that resulted in lintian error.

Fix the SONAME.
Add the new symbols.
Mark the missing symbols in this version.

1f5366ed75 Use mbedTLS with standard CA certificate location (Closes: #927889) 
Specify mbedTLS for https for both builds and pass in the standard
certificate location since it otherwise fails to set a certificate
path if openssl and ca-certificates are not installed at build time.
