Stoiko Ivanov 22784632dc add LibArchive/fallback to .gitignore 
these files are recreated by Makefile.PL, if ExtUtils::Constant is
present (which is the case on debian if perl-modules-$perlver is
installed, which itself is a dependency of perl)
