* conf/Makefile.common (CFLAGS_GNULIB): Add -Wno-redundant-decls
-Wno-unreachable-code -Wno-conversion -Wno-old-style-definition.
* configure.ac (HOST_CFLAGS): Add bunch of -W arguments.
(TARGET_CFLAGS): Likewise.
(HOST_CFLAGS): Add -Werror unless --disable-werror is activated.
