(TARGET_CFLAGS): Likewise.
(HOST_CFLAGS): Add -Werror unless --disable-werror is activated.
* grub-core/Makefile.core.def (decompressor_xz): Add
-Wno-unreachable-code.
(normal): Add -Wno-redundant-decls.
(xzio): Add -Wno-unreachable-code.
(lzopio): Add -Wno-redundant-decls -Wno-error.
