Pass PCIINFO on BIOS to OpenBSD since otherwise it fails to boot

define.
(grub_openbsd_bootarg_pcibios): New struct.
* grub-core/loader/i386/bsd.c (grub_openbsd_boot) [GRUB_MACHINE_PCBIOS]:
Add PCIINFO.
