Richard Hughes 53237d26a1 Remove the ELF support from libdfu and move the code to the altos plugin ... This was a mistake originally for two reasons: * The only device to use ELF as a deliverable is the altos devices * ELF has nothing to do with the DFU specification This moves the code to where it belongs.		2017-09-07 18:39:23 +01:00
