Mario Limonciello 2df922c23d Move the core built-in 'fwupd' remote over to the dell-esrt plugin 
This metadata is useless to other systems, so if compiling a custom
fwupd without -Dplugin_dell=true it shouldn't be included.

fwupd for Debian
----------------

To build from the git tree, run:
	git-buildpackage -us -uc -S
Then, if using sbuild, you can use something like:
	sbuild -s -c sid-amd64 -d unstable
