Christian Kellner 7e5c7b269a thunderbolt-power: avoid checking for bolt support ... Avoid checking if bolt supports force-power in coldplug (early on) because that will dbus-activate boltd, even on systems where there is no actual thunderbolt hardware and thus also no force-power support.
