e6b487e762 Add FuProgress to ->startup() and ->coldplug()
This allows us to profile the daemon startup so we can find any plugins
taking an inordinate amount of time to start.

5ef0ae182d Add a 'name' attribute to each FuProgress step
This allows us to print better warning strings, and in the future
would allow us to profile each operation in a meaningful way.

Also, add context to some of the progress steps as required.

2d5186622c Add FuProgress to ->prepare and ->cleanup
Some plugins were creating local versions (which were not attached to
the daemon progress in any way) as a workaround as they needed to do
actions that took a long time to complete.

3640d22fb2 Use the GLib functions to convert to UCS2
UTF-16 is a superset of UCS-2 and so we can just use the GLib versions
instead of rolling our own versions.

40cd18fa97 Allow using a per-device global percentage completion
It's actually quite hard to build a front-end for fwupd at the moment
as you're never sure when the progress bar is going to zip back to 0%
and start all over again. Some plugins go 0..100% for write, others
go 0..100% for erase, then again for write, then *again* for verify.

By creating a helper object we can easily split up the progress of the
specific task, e.g. write_firmware().

We can encode at the plugin level "the erase takes 50% of the time, the
write takes 40% and the read takes 10%". This means we can have a
progressbar which goes up just once at a consistent speed.

b87c6dab95 uefi-capsule: Add support for installing UEFI updates from GRUB
Shim has had a hard time with loading updates from arguments in the
most recent release and this isn't the first time that happened.

Give distros and users an escape hatch that will allow using GRUB
instead.
