eff7bfed8e analogix: Do not check the endpoints before selecting an interface
My Analogix USB device has a Billboard interface, with bNumEndpoints=0.

When emulating the interface is NULL, and in runtime the array can *never* be
NULL, so I think this check was added in error.

99df74f0c2 Add API to wait for a device
This allows us to ignore all the delays when the device is emulated, with the
idea being to do dozens of device emulations in the CI tests.

Also, do not call fu_progress_sleep() when the device is emulated.

The device needs to switch to the new firmware bank, and no automated way
currently exists to reboot the chip.

faa7871b08 Remove duplicate ->probe() calls to speed up startup by 150ms
Now incorporate is fixed to copy across the properties we need in the
superclass, we don't need to do the subclass ->probe().

Note, we still need to do the subclassed ->probe() when using
FU_UDEV_DEVICE_FLAG_VENDOR_FROM_PARENT or when looking at properties
on the parent device.

This also removes the spurious 'already set GType to FuVliUsbhubDevice,
ignoring FuVliUsbhubDevice' messages when running the daemon.

5ef0ae182d Add a 'name' attribute to each FuProgress step
This allows us to print better warning strings, and in the future
would allow us to profile each operation in a meaningful way.

Also, add context to some of the progress steps as required.

8df102b7c0 Add fu_usb_device_add_interface() for plugins to use
It's a common action for plugins to call FuUsbDevice->open() then claim
interfaces, and then release them just before FuUsbDevice->close().

It's also something a lot of plugins get wrong, so provide common code
to handle it correctly in one place.

764df76d34 Allow overriding the firmware GType from a quirk file
This also allows us to remove quite a lot of boilerplate from plugins.

40cd18fa97 Allow using a per-device global percentage completion
It's actually quite hard to build a front-end for fwupd at the moment
as you're never sure when the progress bar is going to zip back to 0%
and start all over again. Some plugins go 0..100% for write, others
go 0..100% for erase, then again for write, then *again* for verify.

By creating a helper object we can easily split up the progress of the
specific task, e.g. write_firmware().

We can encode at the plugin level "the erase takes 50% of the time, the
write takes 40% and the read takes 10%". This means we can have a
progressbar which goes up just once at a consistent speed.

bf72d393fd Split up FuUsbDevice into ->open() and ->setup()
Before this change calling FuUsbDevice->open() opened the device, and
also unconditionally added various GUIDs and InstanceIDs which we
normally do in setup.
Then fu_device_setup() would call the FuSubclass->setup() vfunc which
would have no way of either opting out of the FuUsbDevice->setup()-like
behaviour, or controlling if the parent class ->setup is run before or
after the subclass setup.

Split up FuUsbDevice->open() into clear ->open() and ->setup() phases
and add the parent class calls where appropriate.

This means that ->setup() now behaves the same as all the other vfuncs.
