Richard Hughes	46435e798f	Write the BMP image upside down to avoid using a negative bitmap height ... It would seem that some EFI BMP loaders are unable to flip the image and hang when trying to load the UX capsule. This was a real PITA to debug. Richard Hughes	11603b3e06	Install the UX data into a single .tar.xz file ... This allows much better compression (-60%) than gziping them individually and also allows us to build the capsule UX images as part of the build stage.
