Rich Trott 7406cd3a59 tools: lint for spacing around unary operators
Enable `space-unary-ops` in `.eslintrc`. This prohibits things like:

    i ++        // use `i++` instead
    typeof(foo) // use `typeof foo` or `typeof (foo)` instead
